As a frequent visitor to France, I've been trying to experience black 'Urban France'

I just can't seem to locate any shops selling Reggae Music, or find Afrocentric (noir) books or giftshops (cadeau).

Much as I love France, and I do, surely such places must exist out here somewhere?

Can anyone Pleeaassse! recommend any I could check out.
